When meeting with builders, ensure you list Firelight Realty (FL License CQ1071151) as your Broker. You must register Firelight Realty as your Broker on your first visit to the builder's office.

Close and Collect

Once you complete your home purchase, choose to either apply your rebate to your closing costs or receive a check after closing. Most buyers opt to receive the new home buyer rebate directly on the closing settlement statement.

Other agents affiliated with Firelight Realty, LLC do not participate and are under no obligation to honor this rebate. To qualify, buyers must explicitly register Firelight Realty as their procuring Broker on their very first visit to the builder’s office. All rebates are strictly subject to Firelight agent showing availability, builder policies regarding unaccompanied buyers, registration timing, minimum commission payouts, and final mortgage lender approval. While reasonable efforts are made, not all transactions qualify. Firelight Realty reserves the right to request an Exclusive Buyer’s Agency Agreement, pre-qualification letters, or proof of funds before representing you or facilitating a builder introduction.
